Fred Sirieix is immersing 12 eager young Brits in to the rarefied world of high-end hospitality - and offering them the chance to win a life-changing job and cash prize. Fred’s new recruits will compete in a wide variety of challenges as they help run the stunning 5* Les Roches Blanches Hotel in the South of France. Fred will take them on a journey of discovery that will expose them to a land of luxury they could only dream of back home. Catering to the hotel guests every whim, Fred will task his raw recruits with organising everything from a top designer’s fashion show, to wine and oyster tasting, to fine-dining events, planning a doggy photoshoot, serving VIP’s on a superyacht and providing personal one-to-one service on excursions outside the hotel. Fred promises to pass on the secrets of delivering 5* service to these Gen Z-ers, as well as valuable life skills - but any recruit who fails to meet his exacting standards will find themselves on the first flight home. Expect tears, tantrums and stained table cloths, as the recruits work night and day to provide top levels of service in a real 5* resort. At the end of Fred’s summer season, there can only be one winner.
