TALENT POOL PARTNERS AND INITIATIVES
MAMA Youth is an award winning organisation, established in training and getting young people from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds employed in the broadcast and media industries. We are delighted to work with MAMA Youth as Talent Pool Partners for 2023.
Seran Bailey, joined OMG via Mama Youth in 2023, as our office receptionist and runner.
“I joined OMG from my final week of training at the MAMA Youth Project in March 2023. I was immediately drawn to OMG’s broad scope, varied output and commitments to diversity and inclusion. As someone new to the world of TV, I couldn’t think of a better place to gain exposure and learn more about the industry. When I first joined OMG, I was met with warmth and friendliness from every person in every area of the company. Since then I have felt consistently supported and inspired to learn more and progress in the world of TV, I can’t wait to see what’s next!”
Motion Content Group
Motion Content Group has Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion embedded into everything they do. As co-producers of some of the world’s most successful TV shows, it’s incredibly important that a diverse range of voices are included and fairly represented.
Kezia Denne joined OMG in 2022 through the Motion Content's Think Bigger Internship scheme as a Junior Researcher.

Objective Media Group Initiatives
OMG's bespoke internal initiative, which offers a year-long training and mentoring scheme to elevate senior and mid-level editorial and production staff from under-represented backgrounds.
Adeel Amini joined OMG in 2021 through our bespoke initiative as senior producer, entertainement. He was recently appointed series producer.
