Seran Bailey

Seran joined OMG as our bright and smiley Office Runner/ Receptionist in March 2023 in her first full-time role in TV.

Seran was introduced to OMG via the MAMA Youth Project. She became a MAMA Youth Alumni in 2023 here she produced a short documentary on Women and Late Diagnosed ADHD in the UK for their production company, Licklemor Productions.

Prior to MAMA Youth, Seran completed a BSc in International Politics from Brunel University, where she attained a First-Class Honours degree and studied abroad for a year at the University of California Santa Barbara. She then worked for an NGO in Mexico City for a year in industry and wrote a dissertation which compared feminist issues in the UK, Mexico, and the USA - inspired by her experiences living in each country.

Seran has a keen interest in learning about the TV industry especially factual entertainment, documentaries and well … a little bit of everything!
