Emma Read-Wilson

Emma joined Betty in 2023 as Head of Production, coming from Bandicoot where she was Head of Production. Previously Emma was OMG’s Production Executive, overseeing unscripted productions and development output across the group’s entertainment and factual entertainment labels, looking after shows like The Cube, Lingo, Flirty Dancing and Gordon, Gino & Fred’s Road Trip. Prior to her time at OMG Emma worked at Shine and ITV in the UK as well as spending six years in Australia at Fremantle and Shine Australia, working from development through to production on various international formats including The Mole, X Factor and Top Gear.
