Emily Flack

Emily is Objective Media Group’s Talent Manager. Joining OMG in June 2023, Emily oversees the crewing up of all productions across the company with a focus on securing, retaining and nurturing talent. Working alongside the Welfare Manager she helps shape the training and initiatives for OMG as well as driving inclusion and diversity across all the label teams.

Prior to joining Objective Emily was a Talent Manager at Talented People working with a variety of client-based production companies facilitating their crew and talent needs. Leaving in 2021 she moved to Viacom International Studios UK as their in-house Talent Manager, handling the crewing up of productions in all genres as well as headhunting senior management roles. Before moving to talent Emily was an experienced casting producer working on shows such as Say Yes to the Dress, The Undateables, Four in a Bed, Educating Essex and Educating Yorkshire.
