Panda ties the knot with BBC One Saturday night Wedding Day Winners (w/t)

Couples will say ‘I Do’ in Panda Television’s brand new Saturday night entertainment series for BBC One.

Wedding Day Winners (working title), will bring a fresh twist to traditional family entertainment for 2018. Each show of the 6-part format will see two couples compete against each other on their actual wedding day. But before the couples say their vows, their friends and family must go all out to win them a host of prizes and ultimately the honeymoon of their dreams. One couple will then tie the knot and marry on screen in front of the nation.

Packed with games, guests and hilarious challenges, BBC One viewers will be part of a wedding day like no other.

Created by Moira Ross’ label Panda Television, the show was commissioned by Charlotte Moore, Director, BBC Content and Kate Phillips, Controller, Entertainment Commissioning and Jo Wallace, Senior Entertainment Commissioner.
