Jilly Pearce joined as Executive Vice-President Objective Media Group America in March 2017, continuing OMG America’s growth in commissioning originals as well as adapting and developing reality television and entertainment formats from the OMG UK labels. Jilly’s OMGA series include hit success 12 Dates of Christmas which is currently in its second season for HBO Max; stand out game show The Cube, presented by Dwyane Wade, for TBS; Easter Basket Challenge for Food Network, and the forth coming PBS series Great American Recipe.

Prior to OMGA Jilly was Channel 4 Formats Commissioning Editor, ordering successful primetime formats across the linear channel and its digital channel E4. Joining in 2013 she commissioned a broad slate of series, including Virtually Famous, That’s So Last Century and How’d You Get So Rich? She was part of the commissioning team behind the Seven Year Switch and the development of Tattoo Fixers, and during her time at the channel also oversaw the BAFTA award-winning Made In Chelsea.

Previously Jilly was Head of TV for Pulse Films, Executive Producing Sleeping with the Family for MTV and The Inside Job for Channel 4. Prior to this she was MTV Director of Development for four years, before moving to Maverick Television as executive producer where her credits included The Model Agency for Channel 4 and MTV’s Super Sweet 16 World Class.
