Gino's Italy: Like Mamma Used to Make

In this series, chef Gino D’Acampo travels through the North and the South of Italy, celebrating the women who have fueled and fed his fellow Italians through the ages.

Gino starts his culinary journey in his place of birth, Torre Del Greco, on the outskirts of Naples where he learnt to cook in the kitchens of his Nonna Flora and Mamma Alba. At the end of his journey, Gino comes full circle, throwing an Italian feast to celebrate his dearest Aunt Clara, who is known as the Godmother of the D’Acampo clan.
